Who is the buyer?

I am shocked whenever I go into this store. The store constantly changes it's look and inventory. I used to travel all over but now i only go to Ios. I do wish they carried more handbags but i find the best dresses and tops etc.... I just bought new dress made by the buyer. I'm wearing it all summer. Who is this buyer? BEST STORE IN GROVE

I live in the COCONUT GROVE and IOS is the neighborhood store Its a fun store. nice ambience , great selection. I always find something I want and the sales people are friendly and helpful.
